Privacy

Three things:

• Your account. Email address, the name you give us, and a password that is hashed by our authentication provider. We never see it.
• Your photographs. The originals you upload and the finished photographs we make from them.
• Your account activity. Shoots, credit movements and payment records, so both of us can see what was bought and spent.

In private storage on Supabase, inside the European Union. The storage buckets are not public. Nothing in them can be opened with a plain link.

When a page needs to show you a photograph, our server creates a signed link that works for one hour and then stops working. Those links are made for you, on request, and are not shared with anyone else.

To photograph your product, dish or portrait again, the original has to reach the image engine that does the work. When you press Send to studio, our server gives that provider a temporary link to the original, and the provider sends a finished photograph back. We copy that photograph into our own storage immediately.

The provider keeps generated results available for a limited period and then removes them. We never make your photographs public, sell them, publish them as examples, or use them to advertise this service, not without asking you first, in writing, about specific images.

Payments run through Mollie. Card numbers, bank details and everything else you type on a payment page go to Mollie, not to us. We never see them and never store them. What we store is the payment id, the amount, the method name and whether it succeeded.

Your photographs stay until you delete the shoot they belong to, or until you ask us to delete your account. Deleting a shoot deletes its originals, its finished photographs and its previews.

Credit and payment records outlive the shoots they relate to. They are the record of what you paid and what you spent, and tax law requires us to keep the payment side of it.

A copy of everything we hold about you, a correction, or deletion of the whole account including every photograph in it. Email us and we will do it. You do not have to give a reason.

Two kinds: the cookie that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers which language you chose. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, nothing that follows you elsewhere. That is why there is no consent banner on this site.
